Account terms

Account demo terms — 7 September 2026. These terms cover creating and using an Ikhaya account. Purchasing artwork, selling work, school partnerships and payouts require separate arrangements.

Your account

Provide your own email address and accurate account information. Keep your password and sign-in codes private. Confirm your email before signing in. Tell the house if you suspect someone else has access to your account.

How to participate

Use the site respectfully. Do not impersonate someone else, access another person’s account, misrepresent an artwork or upload content you do not have permission to share. Artist profiles and artwork submissions are reviewed separately.

Your information

We store your name, surname, email address, a securely hashed password, account consent and security records needed to operate your account. Your name and email are not automatically published as an artist profile. Registration does not enrol you in marketing. Read the privacy notice for the information used by this service.

Current demo availability

Business email delivery is being connected. Registration can save an account while confirmation, email sign-in codes and password recovery remain unavailable. The site does not grant access by skipping these checks. Online purchases and school revenue agreements are not active.

Support and account requests

Contact the house about account access, correcting your details or requesting removal. The house may restrict accounts involved in misuse. Final business details, support procedures and data-retention periods will be completed before public launch.
